Lately...

Sorry I've been so quiet lately. Work has been crazy busy with this insane project in China (ironically named "Serenity Cove", but there's nothing serene about it!). Anyway, I've been much more in survival mode lately than normal-life mode, hence the lack of blog entries.

We've also sort of been in survival mode to get through the winter... even though it's not freezing cold here, it's cold enough and dark enough that it makes us just not want to do much. We have had a few mini-adventures, which I will detail briefly below... enjoy.

2. Valentine's Day

Joel cooked me dinner - with the help of this enormous Alaskan King Crab leg! The spread: seafood linguine, spring asparagus soup, chocolate mousse, champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries.. YUM!

3. Tubing in Pennslyvania

The most recent adventure was going about 100 miles north to Whitetail Ski Resort to have a little winter fun... even if it was man-made snow.

Amber rides the "magic carpet" -it pulls you up the hill. This is my kind of sledding!
