It appraised!

For those of you following the house drama, we have good news to report: we found out today that our house appraised at selling price! If you recall from the first house, the deal fell apart because it didn't appraise- so this is a huge relief. I don't think there should be any more roadblocks to our closing on January 27! Yippee!!!
